A glorious summer's day spent exploring the beautiful coastal scenery on the Isle of Anglesey culminated for my wife Liz and myself having a picnic overlooking the iconic Thomas Telford suspension bridge over the Menai Straits between Anglesey and the North Wales coast.
With the sun sinking towards the western horizon behind us, and broken cumulus clouds casting a patchwork of sunlight and shadow on the Snowdonia mountains in the background, the scene was set to capture some great images of this wonderful view.
Photography shouldn't be this easy, munching on a slice of pizza while pressing a remote release just a metre or so from our parked car!
