A typical early spring day on the North Wales coast, with a mixture of sunshine, clouds and showers blowing through on the stiff March breeze.
A perfect day for a bracing walk along the North Shore promenade at Llandudno then, hoods up with scarves and gloves firmly in place!
But these frisky weather conditions are just great for a spot of coastal photography, with never a dull moment in the changeable conditions.
And of course, sunshine plus showers equals rainbows, and I was fortunate and prepared enough to catch this lovely fleeting example over the end of the famous Victorian pier.
Just a few seconds of colour, but well worth getting cold and occasionally wet to catch such a wonderful phenomenon.
