The end of a day of dramatic weather over North Wales found my wife Liz and I deciding the brave the elements and take a trip out to the coast for a walk along the promenade at Rhyl.
We arrived just before sunset, with a clearing weather front allowing bursts of sunlight to break through the looming clouds on the western horizon.
The huge turbines of the offshore Gwynt y Mor windfarm were rotating briskly in the breeze, set against the glowing backdrop of the stormy skies, and proved too tempting a subject to pass by without shooting three hundred still images over ten minutes in order to make this time lapse video.
By the time I'd finished the breeze ahd turned distictly chilly, and we never did get that walk along the prom!
