Surely one of the most iconic and well known buildings in the United Kingdom, if not the world.
This is the Royal Liver Building on the banks of the River Mersey, the jewel in the crown of Liverpool's waterfront and now a World Heritage Site, watched over by the two gilded 'Liver Birds' perched at the top of its twin towers.
I filmed this time lapse of the Royal Liver Building, the Cunard Building and the Port of Liverpool Building (known as the 'Three Graces') from Seacombe Dock on the Wirral on the far side of the River Mersey, as sunlight and shadow played across their facades.
Just magificent architecture enhanced by beautiful lighting.
