One of the most popular hikes in the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales is the route up Snowdon mountain following the Miner's Track.
Starting from the Pen-y-Pass carpark at the top of the Pass of Llanberis, the Miners' Track takes you past three lakes on its winding way to the summit of Snowdon, Llyn Teryn, Llyn Llydaw and Glaslyn, in that order.
I shot the stills for this time lapse video from the shores of the first, and least accessible of these three lakes, Llyn Teryn, giving great views in the lovely summer sunshine out in both directions along the Miner's Track, complete with plenty of hikers scurrying up and down.
Easy to see why this particular route up Snowdon is the most popular!
