Half past three in the afternoon on a midwinter's day in North Wales and the sun is already well on its way to setting over the southwest horizon.
A rare, clear sky afternoon resulted in my wife Liz and I heading to Llandudno for a bracing walk along the West Shore beach in the gusty breeze, followed by three quarters of an hour shooting the stills for this time lapse video, tracking the setting sun as it slid down the cliffs of the North Wales coast by Llanfairfechan.
I was well chilled by the time I finished the session, but with a hot meal to look forawrd to at the local Brewer's Fayre the cold wasn't too much of an issue, especially when set against the beautiful light on display over the coast.
