Racing an approaching storm front along the North Wales coast on our way home from a day out on the Isle of Anglesey, Liz and I stopped to watch the action at Rhos-on-Sea, at the western end of Colwyn Bay.
The weather front was pushing some amazing and dramatic clouds in front of it, and we watched as the clouds streamed eastwards overhead.
Of course, it wasn't long before I had my trusty Canon 6D out and mounted on my tripod to record the stunning display as a time lapse video sequence.
With the speed the clouds were moving, I only needed a two second gap between frames, so it only took half an hour or so to record enough stills for this video before climbing back into the car and heading off home, keeping just head of the rain.
