A beautiful summer's afternoon spent exploring the lovely Snowdonia National Park in North Wales ended with a trip to the coast to watch the sunset over the Menai Straits from Caernarfon.
In the end, however, the sunset never happened, as heavy clouds rolled across the sky obscuring the western horizon.
Never mind though, as the clouds made for a great time lapse sequence, looking out over an old stone jetty from the seawall at Caernarfon as the ebbing tide slowy revealed the shoreline below me.
