This time lapse video features a dramatic sunset, looking along the Menai Straits from the beach at Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey, one of the loveliest seaside towns anywhere in the world.
With the sun playing hide and seek behind the broken winter clouds, shooting sunbeams over the snow capped mountains of Snowdonia in the shadowed background, I just couldn't resist standing over my camera and tripod in the chill winter wind to capture the hundreds of still images needed to create this video.
And beautiful though the scene was, I was glad to get back to my car and a flask of hot tea at the end of the shoot!
