A long weekend spent exploring the welsh coast around Barmouth and the Mawddach estuary in late April 2021 was just the post-covid lockdown tonic my wife Liz and I needed.
Add in a few days of glorious sunny weather and out joy was complete.
With clear skies at the horizon I took the opportunity to photograph and film the dramatic sunsets over the hills and mountains of the Llyn Peninsula, visible on the horizon over Cardigan Bay from the promenade at Barmouth.
This collection of real time video clips was filmed in-between shooting the hundreds of still images needed to create my Barmouth Sunset Timelapse #3 video, and shows the waves rolling onto the shore at high tide either side of the sunset.
