A check on the weather forecast showed typical North Wales weather - a front sweeping across the country triggering clouds, strong winds and possible rain.
Not ideal weather to be out you might think, but perfect for making a dramatic timelapse video showing heavy clouds scudding overhead.
After a little thought, Liz and I headed to Llyn Tegid at Bala, the largest natural lake in Wales and a blustery 30 minutes of shooting stills every two seconds resulted in this video showing some beautiful cloud movement over the lake.
