The forested slopes of Moel Famau, the highest peak in the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), make for a great place to hike and explore, especially in the fresh light of early morning, just after sunrise.
Which is where I found myself, all alone with only the sound of the breeze in the trees and the birdsong of the dawn chorus for company.
Pausing on the path for a few minutes, I captured the 39 overlapping frames needed to create this interactive 360° spherical panorama, and to record some of the birdsong bursting forth around me.
To combine the vision with the sound I created this 5 minute long video, and when you get fed up of panning round the view you can just close your eyes and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature in this wonderful place, captured at the best time of the day.
