Walking along the banks of the river Conwy from the town of Conway itself to the sea at Conway Morfa is a real delight. There's just so much beautiful scenery and interesting stuff to look at and photograph that you don't know where to turn next.
This particular view looks across the river towards the promenade at Deganwy, with the curiously shaped hillocks behind and the bright white houses on the sea front.
Standing at this spot you don't usually have to wait long for a passing yacht to provide a complimentary focal point for your photographic composition.
You just need to keep an eye on your exposure because of those white buildings, which can easily burn out on a sunny day.
Still, that's a small problem to overcome compared to the loveliness of the scenery that's to be enjoyed at this wonderful spot.
