This is more like it! This image was taken almost one year (and much practise!) after the 'Tree Blur 01' photo shown above.
The contrast and colour palette are much better controlled, and the focus is on the main subject - the tree trunks again.
This shot was taken on a gloomy late Autumn afternoon in a local park, which just goes to show that you don't need to go far, or wait for stunning light, to take evocative shots. I really like this image as I feel it brings out the sombre essence of the woodland, quietly waiting for the onset of winter.
