Every year my wife Liz and I plan a week long winter sun break to cheer ourselves up during the cold and damp North Wales January.
This year (2020), after a five year absence, we made a return trip to Tenerife in the Canary Islands, stating in a resort at Costa Adeje on the heavily developed south coast.
Our apartment was just a few yards away from the promenade and seafront, and with the southwest facing coast offering a great view of the sunset I took full advantage of the opportunity to set myself up overlooking the beach to shoot the hundreds of still images needed to create my Tenerife Sunset Timelapse #1 video.
And this mage shows some of the magic of photography.
As you look at this beautiful peaceful twilight scene there's no inkling of the Karaoke bar going full blast just out of frame, or the crowds of merry holidaymakers strolling past behind my camera!
