Every year my wife Liz and I plan a week long winter sun break to cheer ourselves up during the cold and damp North Wales January.
This year (2020), after a five year absence, we made a return trip to Tenerife in the Canary Islands, stating in a resort at Costa Adeje on the heavily developed south coast.
Although I'm not a great fan of holiday resorts we did manage a couple of strolls along the promenade, with me picking out interesting details to photograph as we walked along.
Such as the supporting cables of this small suspended footbridge, a nice study in shape and form set against the deep blue of a polarised sky.
