A dramatic display of sunbeams over the summit of Snowdon, the highest peak in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, as the sun sinks towards the western horizon at the end of another day.
My wife Liz and I are enjoying the spectacle above the waters of Llyn Mymbyr, Liz from the comfort of our parked car and me out in the cold wind hunched over my tripod capturing the hundreds of still imagess required to create my Llyn Mymbyr Timelapse #14 video.
This still frame is one of those taken at that time, and shows a veritable cascade of crepuscular rays painting the brooding mountains in a patchwork dance of light and shadow.
Just one fleeting moment in time that will never happen again.
Too many to list individually.
