Just off the coast of County Antrim, near Ballintoy Harbour, lies the forbidding lump of rock known locally as Sheep Island.
This is now a Site of Special Scientific Interest, but sheep were actually grazed here in times past.
Liz and I were fortunate enough to visit here on a lovely sunny day, and the island is pictured here from an abandoned limestone quarry just on the edge of the sea.
