Well this isn't your typical beach holiday snap, It's just a patch of sea!
Liz and I are spending a day bobbing up and down the coastline of Corfu in a small boat, stopping off at various beaches and coastal villages and generally soaking up the sun.
So what was our most abiding memory of the island? Was it the beaches? (Too many pebbles and wasps). Was is the quaint seaside villages? (Too many tourists - just like us).
No, what hit us both was the amazing colour of the sea just off the coast.
This image, shot just off the breakwater at the village of Kassiopi, has had minimal Photoshop work done on it, just a bit of sharpening. That colour is real, and is our most abiding memory of Corfu.
