Strolling along the beach at Talacre on the North Wales coast one's eye is naturally drawn to the visually impressive lighthouse and dunes that feature in so many photos taken here (mine included).
However, I always try to look down as well as frontwards when walking on beaches, as you never know what you'll come across lying at your feet, colourful pebbles, attractive shells, seaweed and so on.
On this occasion it was this simple declaration of undying love that caught my eye, picked out by the low afternoon sun amongst the ripples in the soft sand above the high water mark.
I just hope Amy and Niel's love for each other lasts longer than this message did!
