One of the hidden gems on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey on the North Wales coast is the Penrhos Coastal Park.
An eclectic mix of woodlands, nature trails, meadows, coastal path and a nice secluded beach make this a unique environment, and well worth an afternoon's visit.
Which is just what my wife Liz and I did one lovely summer's day in August 2018.
This photo shows an old cottage, right on the edge of a small secluded beach at the far end of the park.
