Lunar eclipse #1

Lunar eclipse

The story behind this image

This shot of the moon during a lunar eclipse was taken from the top of my local hill, Moel Famau.

I had just got my new digital kit and had never used a 400mm lens before, hence my technique wasn't the best and this shot isn't as sharp as it could have been.

I just hope I get another chance to do it better the next time, in December 2010! If I do you'll see it here.
