In the search for visually appealing and interesting images, I'll often turn away from the pristine tourist areas and take a walk through some of the back streets of an unknown location.
Such was the case here at Sant Elm, on the south western tip of Mallorca, as Liz and I abandoned the seaside promenade and headed just one block back into the town.
As Liz checked out the shops, I checked out the walls, doors and windows and came across this lovely scene in peeling terracotta paint, with a small barred window placed just at the right spot to acting as a focal point for this image.
