Cala Aguila, on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, isn't my idea of an ideal holiday location.
Beach bars, loud parties and high rise developments just don't do it for me I'm afraid - much too old for that kind of nonsense!
So Liz and I didn't spend more than half an hour exploring this beach resort.
But the one area we found that did interest us was the karst limestone headland at the end of the beach.
Water and wind had eroded the limestone into beautiful sculpted shapes, and we spend our half hour happily seeking out interesting patterns and textures to photograph while the beach disco was in full swing just a few metres away.
