A delightful hike around the heavily wooded foreshore of Llyn Trawsfynydd in North Wales brought my wife Liz and I to the spectacular Maentwrog Dam.
The view back up the lake from the middle of the dam was just beautiful, with heavy rain clouds reflecting in the calm waters below, surrounded by woods and hills.
So I took full advantage of the opportunity, taking a dozen or so overlapping exposures to create this panoramic collage, covering the full sweep of the lake from one end of the dam to the other.
