The promenade at Llandudno on the North Wales coast must be one of the loveliest seaside locations in the UK.
Normally visited and photographed during the long days of summer, my wife Liz and I enjoy coming here in the winter when it's much quieter.
This twilight view was captured at 6pm just a couple of days before Christmas 2017 during a brief lull in the winter weather as we enjoyed a bracing stroll along the prom.
The composition takes in the seafront hotels and Great Orme headland that makes this place so visually compelling.
No doubt we'll be visiting Llandudno well into our old age!
