Flowers, especially lilies, make for some lovely photographic arrangements.
With the subtleties of shape, texture and colour available it's sometimes hard to avoid overcrowding a photograph with too many competing elements that end up reducing the impact of the image as a whole.
That's why, for this image of three lilies I decided to remove the colour element, leaving the mind free to appreciate the tones and textures, light and shadow, shape and form, of these wonderful flowers.
