I'm really blessed to live in North Wales, close by to so many beautiful locations. This is the old abandoned lighthouse on Talacre beach, about 30 minutes drive from where I live.
As you can imagine, I visit this place a lot and I've got a multitude of photos in my image library to prove it!
As well the the lighthouse there are some lovely old signposts and picket fences on this stretch of beach, and this sign is a good example. Battered by the sea and wind, and slowly falling over, this fingerpost nicely compliments the equally shabby lighthouse, adding to the aura of gentle decay that abounds along this part of the North Wales coast.
