During our two week stay in the Italian lakes my wife Liz and I took advantage of the excellent Lake Como ferry service to visit the towns of Menaggio and Bellagio, setting off from our 'home' port of Varenna.
Being on the ferry gave us a different view of these lovely lakeside towns than we had seen previously from the land, and of course I took full photographic advantage of the opportunities presented during our trip.
This panoramic collage of the waterfront at Menaggio was shot handheld from the moving ferry, and I was amazed at how Adobe Lightroom managed to stitch the individual frames together so seamlessly.
Just a lovely view and a lovely experience which we really enjoyed.
