Autumn on the North Wales coast brings in a riot of colour from the heathers and gorse that colonise the clifftops and hills.
This view was taken from the top of the Sychnant Pass and shows the seaside town of Llandudno in the background, with the famous Great Orme limestone headland sticking out into the sea like the head of some giant monster.
But what this photo is primarily about is colour, with the rich purples and yellows in the foreground almost assaulting the visual senses in their vividness.
There are many such places along the North Wales coast where you can see such Autumn colour, but this is one of my personal favourites.
