The story behind this image

I'm in Bergen, enjoying a day's stopover with my wife Liz as we take a cruise around Norway.

The weather isn't co-operating I'm afraid. and all my grand ideas of beautifully lit sweeping majestic scenic photos are collapsing around me.

However, as I live in North Wales I'm well used to weather related changes of plan. There's a saying where I live - 'If you can't see the mountains, it's raining, and if you can see the mountains, it's going to rain!'.

So when the weather doesn't play ball I try not to get too upset, but instead look for details that photograph well under soft light.

Such was the case with this graffiti artwork, which with careful cropping is really rather eye-catching.
