I've tried to find this iconic photography spot ever since I saw an image of it on Dave Newbould's website.
This is Fairy Glen, just outside Betws y Coed, North Wales, and I finally found it in Autumn 2009.
The light was fairly flat on the day, which was good for showing up all the details in the trees and rocks, but I'd like to go back on a sunny day to see if I can get a shot with more dramatic lighting. It's great to live within striking distance of all this beauty!
