Situated on the seafront in the charming town of St Jean de Monts, we nicknamed this fountain and statue 'the woman on the bidet' for obvious reasons!
This image dates from my Velvia period (see my photographic history here) and was shot on an Olympus OM10 with a fixed 28mm lens.
It was on that holiday that I learnt about balancing natural and artificial light at twilight for the first time.
