This photo was taken on a gorgeous day when my wife Liz and I were out with some of our grandchildren in the country.
Of course, they had to bring their bikes with them, and we spent a lovely afternoon together, walking and riding in the fields and lanes near where we live in North Wales.
I really appreciate having the right gear to get a particular look in a photo, and this was taken with my 100-400mm zoom, with the aperture wide open to throw the background out of focus and thus putting the emphasis on my grandson and his bike.
