During our week long stay in Croatia in the summer of 2019 my wife Liz and I set aside a day to explore the beautiful Adriatic coastline to the south of where we were staying at Trogir.
More heavily developed than the wilder north, the south coast still had some lovely old towns to explore, such as Makarska pictured here.
This stiched panoramic collage features the charming waterfront and promenade, with the gentle waves of the Adriatic lapping against the harbour wall on a hot summer's day.
