According to our travel guide, the Krka National Park was one of the must see places in Croatia, so my wife Liz and I set aside a day to spend there during our week long holiday.
Following a boat ride into the park, we were soon strolling around, taking in the lovely scenery along with a few thousand other locals and tourists.
We started off at the Skradinski Buk waterfalls at the bottom end of the Krka gorge, and then after a few hours there we then drove up to the top end of the Krka gorge to have a look at the Roski Slap waterfall pictured here.
Things were much quieter here at Roski Slap, and I even had enough space to use my tripod to take some slower shutter speed exposures of the waterfall, impossible at the much more crowded Skradinski Buk.
So all in all a lovely end to a busy, but very worthwhile day out in the Krka National Park.
