Where to go on a drizzly day in Normandy?
Fortunately there are many, many churches, cathedrals and other public buildings available to visit when the weather's not playing ball, such as the imposing cathedral at Evreux.
Looking up (always worthwhile in a building) I saw this unusual cupola directly above me set into the roof of the cathedral, which made for an interesting pattern of light and shade with the surrounding stonework.
