Here is one of a selection of 'scrap art' photos, taken during a fascinating visit to an abandoned goldmine outside the town of Jerome in Arizona.
The place was crammed with old machinery and vehicles from a bygone era, and I spent a happy couple of hours clambering among the debris photographing details.
This image is a study on the theme of the iconic 'Ford' logo.
