The story behind this image

This coral beach was just outside where my family was staying on the island of St Martin in the Carribean.

I was able to take dozens of photos of this particular scene, with this one, to my mind, showing the best wave splash of them all.

A polarising filter served to bring out the turquoise colour of the sea, enhancing the white of the breaking wave highlighted against it.
