My knees aren't what they use to be when I was younger, but I can still manage to get low to the ground when I need to.
This is the beach at Castlegregory, on Ireland's Dingle Peninsula, and from head height the view is very nice but somewhat lacking in the foreground interest that's so important when taking a photo of a big scene such as this one.
However, with a little effort from the knees, getting closer to the ground yields a completely different view, with the arc of stones thrown up by high tide now filling the foreground of the image and making the composition come alive.
Now all I need to do is get back up again!
