Damaged or lost in transit?

If your print has been damaged or lost in transit on its way to you then just email me a photo showing what has happened and you will receive either a complete refund of the print cost, including shipping, or a free of charge replacement of the same print as soon as I can get one to you.

Not quite what you were expecting?

If your print arrived in good condition, but wasn't quite what you were expecting, then you can return it to me for a refund, or exchange it for a different print of the same cost, within three months of the shipping date.

All I ask in this case is that you cover the cost of returning the print to me, and I will issue a refund or exchange once I have received the unwanted print back in reasonable condition.

Print faded over time?

Any print supplied by me will have been produced using top quality materials and is guaranteed against fading for three years from the date of purchase.

Note that this doesn't include accidental damage or exposure to chemicals such as bleach!
